Perfect for photo booths, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds, our customizable lighting creates a modern, eye-catching atmosphere your guests will remember. ## FAQ ### BOOKING CONFIRMATION A signed service agreement and an initial deposit equal to 30% of the total booking amount are required to reserve your event date. A date is not officially secured until both the signed agreement and required deposit have been received and confirmed by NINE6 Entertainment Services. ### REMAINING BALANCE The remaining balance of 70% is due no later than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event. Bookings made within seven (7) days of the event require full payment at the time of booking. ### ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS Payments may be made through approved payment methods, including all Major Cards via JIM, Cash App, and Zelle. Customers are responsible for confirming that payments are sent to the correct business account. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been verified. ### CANCELLATION & REFUNDS Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of payments made. Cancellations received fourteen (14) calendar days or fewer before the event are subject to retention of the booking deposit or other reasonable cancellation charges, as permitted by applicable law and the signed agreement. Cancellations received seven (7) days or fewer before the event are subject to a forfeiture of 60% deposit and booking fee or other reasonable cancellation charges, as permitted by applicable law and the signed agreement. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within ten (10) business days. ### RESCHEDULING Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Payments already received may be transferred to an approved replacement date in accordance with the signed agreement. Additional fees may apply to changes in service, location, duration, or equipment. ### OVERDUE PAYMENTS Failure to satisfy payment deadlines may result in written notice, suspension of booking arrangements, or cancellation in accordance with the signed agreement. NINE6 Entertainment Services reserves the right to decline service for unpaid balances, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. ### ADDITIONAL SERVICES & CHARGES Additional services, extended rental hours, delivery changes, equipment upgrades, excessive cleaning, or damage charges must be disclosed and agreed upon under the applicable service agreement.
